What to Expect on Sundays
Here's what a typical Sunday morning looks like in 5 steps.
Arrive
Our service begins at 10:00 AM and usually ends around 11:30 AM. The atmosphere is warm and semi-casual, with people wearing everything from casual to dress clothes—feel free to come as you’re comfortable.
We’re located at 25 Chesapeake Road, Nassau, Bahamas. Parking is available on both sides of Chesapeake Road, north of our church building.
As you enter our building, a friendly face will be there to greet you at the door.
Have Kids?
Children in grades K–6 stay with us for the beginning portion of the service and are then dismissed to Children’s Church, where they’ll learn from the Bible in a fun, age-appropriate setting.
A nursery is available for babies and toddlers. Mothers are welcome to stay with their little ones, and a monitor is provided so you can still follow along with the main service.
Singing
We love to sing songs that glorify God and lift up the name of Jesus. On any given Sunday, you’ll hear a blend of contemporary and traditional music—all carefully chosen to be biblically sound, meaningful, and singable. Whether you’re familiar with church music or not, you’re welcome to listen, learn, and join in as you feel comfortable.
Bible Teaching
Each Sunday, we open the Bible together and hear a message centered on the truth of God’s Word. Preaching is the heart of our gathering because we believe the Bible is God’s living Word—true, trustworthy, and full of hope for everyday life. The teaching is Christ-centered, rooted in Scripture, and applicable to everyday life.
Prayer & Fellowship
After the sermon, anyone seeking prayer—whether in response to the message or for any other need—is invited to come forward. Our church considers it a joy to come alongside one another in prayer.
After the service, we enjoy a time of fellowship over light refreshments. Everyone is invited! It’s an informal opportunity to chat, meet new people, and ask any questions you may have about the church.
