Join us for the 2026 Reformed Believers’ Conference
Local churches are an essential part of the fruit and work of the Great Commission. Yet, there is a growing decline in the value and priority of the local church in the eyes of many professing Christians. The theme of this year’s RBC is aimed at this pastoral concern to help believers value and prioritise belonging to and participating in whichever local church God has joined them to.

Messages
Built on Christ and His Gospel
Ken Jones
Thursday, June 4th | 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Scripture is clear that Christ and His gospel are to be the foundation upon which local churches are built. However, in a world where local churches are intentionally and visibly built on personalities and all manner of things to attract crowds, the church’s true foundation can easily be forgotten. The aim of this message is to remind us of this enduring truth and to call both church leaders and church members to guard against straying away from this true foundation.
Responding to the Gospel
Cedric Moss
Friday, June 5th | 9:45 AM – 10:30 AM
In an age of easy believism, many people believe that a person responds to the gospel by repeating the so-called “sinner’s prayer.” The burden of this sermon is to remind the conference that genuinely responding to the gospel is accompanied by undeniable evidences of conversion and community life.
Serving One Another
Jude Vilma
Friday, June 5th | 10:45 AM – 11:30 AM
Local churches are a display of God’s sovereignty and wisdom. God is the one who saves people and joins them to local churches. And He is the one who gives them gifts to be used to serve one another, ultimately in service to Himself and for His glory. Yet, oftentimes, believers are reluctant or disobedient in using their God-given gifts to serve one another, and this is increasingly so in a world where it is more desirable to be served than to serve. The aim of this message is to call God’s people to use their gifts in service to Him and one another.
Evangelism: Corporate and Personal
Timothy Treco
Friday, June 5th | 1:15 PM – 2:00 PM
The heart of the Great Commission is to make disciples, and the first step in making disciples is evangelism, which is a faithful proclamation of the gospel. There is a role to play by the local church corporately and members individually. However, church members tend to be more aware of and expect corporate evangelism while neglecting personal evangelism. While this message will touch on corporate evangelism, its primary aim is to call the conference to intentional personal evangelism, biblically and practically.
Local Church Unity
Bryn MacPhail
Friday, June 5th | 2:00 PM – 2:45 PM
Local churches are diverse assemblies of people whom God has saved, gifted, and joined together. Sometimes our diversity threatens our unity, so Scripture repeatedly calls us to unity, even to the point of being willing to sacrifice personally in order to maintain it.
When and How to Leave a Church
Jarvis Singleton
Saturday, June 6th | 9:45 AM – 10:30 AM
Joining and leaving are two realities of local church life. Therefore, an important question is this: When should a member leave a church? This is an important question that requires pastoral guidance rooted in biblical counsel and wisdom to faithfully answer it.
Seeking God's Glory
Ken Jones
Saturday, June 6th | 10:45 AM – 11:30 AM
This is the culminating message of the conference. Its aim is to remind us of the purpose of local churches: To glorify God in whatever they do. Therefore, this message will be relevant to all aspects of the local church, including those not mentioned, because God’s glory is the ultimate end and aim of all things.
