Life's Puzzling Questions

August 14, 2016 Speaker: Cedric Moss Series: Ecclesiastes

Passage: Ecclesiastes 7:15–29

Today, as we continue our sermon series in the book of Ecclesiastes, we come to a passage that reminds us that this world is broken and crooked. For example, the Preacher begins by drawing our attention to the fact that at times righteous people die early while wicked people live long. And he concludes by telling us that although God made us upright, we have sought out many schemes. As we listen to God’s word this morning, let’s trust the Holy Spirit to open our eyes to better understand our world as we better understand God’s word.
